Dr. Joel Rutledge

Your Partner in Long-Term Dental Health

A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Dr. Joel Rutledge earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee in 2002. His approach looks beyond a single tooth or symptom to understand the causes behind a dental concern and create a comprehensive plan for lasting health, comfort, and function.

Dr. Rutledge holds Diplomate status with the International Dental Implant Association. He continues his education through advanced programs in the United States and abroad, and he has volunteered his implant experience in the Dominican Republic.

Dr. Nasrin Fard

Science, Artistry, and Minimally Invasive Care

Dr. Nasrin Fard developed an interest in dentistry at age 16 through a family background in medicine and patient care. She earned her first dental degree from Centro Escolar University in Manila and opened a private practice abroad in 2008 before continuing her education in the United States.

She completed a Mastership Program in Implant Dentistry at UCLA and earned her DDS from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC in 2021. Her training includes biomimetic and minimally invasive esthetic dentistry, cosmetic procedures, implant placement, bone grafting, and comprehensive restorative care.

Our office, hygiene, nursing, and clinical teams work together to make visits organized, informative, and welcoming.

Amanda Santillo

Amanda moved to the area from Southern California in 2013 and brings 13 years of dental experience across several roles. She helps patients understand insurance and financial details while supporting a positive, organized visit.

Angie Templeton

Angie has more than 15 years of experience in dentistry. Her work centers on patient comfort, oral health, attentive care, and practical education patients can use at home.

Laura Peters

Laura moved from Ohio to Tucson in 2012 and has worked in dentistry for more than 30 years. She values skilled treatment and a reassuring, positive experience for every patient.

Shannon Rogowski

A Tucson native, Shannon earned her dental hygiene degree in 2005. She finds it rewarding to help patients reach better oral health and emphasizes high-quality, comfortable preventive care.

Victoria Gregorie

Victoria was born in Russia and moved to the United States in 2005. Her experience includes dental assisting, and she plans to continue her education in dental hygiene.

Ali Rutledge

Ali supports the practice as a registered nurse and contributes to the thoughtful, patient-centered standard shared across the Rutledge Dental team.

Kristy Renda

Kristy has worked in dentistry since 1997. Her experience with practices around the country has introduced her to a wide range of techniques, and her family hopes to make Tucson their permanent home.
